How Can I Initiate My Own Learning Lab? 50x15 Learning Labs Questionnaire

If you have an idea for a 50x15 Learning Lab please submit a proposal through our Learning Labs Questionnaire. The 50x15 Program Office will evaluate your submission based on the following criteria.

  • Purpose
    • Does the project advance the 50x15 vision of a connected global population?
  • Readiness
    • Does the project environment meet a majority of the minimal criteria required for ICT deployment as stated in the ITAFE Global Benchmarking Study (PDF)?
  • Sustainability
    • Are there an appropriate number of financing sources available to fund the project once the initial pilot phase is completed?
  • Level of Sponsorship
    • Is there strong local leadership?
    • Is there appropriate government support?
    • Are local partners available to manage the project after the pilot is completed?
  • Strategic Value
    • Does the project meet AMD business and social objectives?
